Depending on the situation, your personal data may be processed not only by us but also by third parties, including processors (e.g. web hosting, technical service providers), our distribution partners Booking.com and Airbnb, and Amenitiz as our channel manager and booking platform. Data may also be shared in connection with official requests, court orders or legal proceedings.

Some of our service providers are located in countries outside the EU/EEA. Where no EU adequacy decision exists, we have implemented appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

2. Processing Activities

2.1. Use of the Website

Our website is designed to provide information about our holiday properties, to facilitate booking and to communicate with our guests and prospective visitors.

2.2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies that are necessary for the operation of our website. You can manage your consent at any time via the 'Cookie Settings' link in the footer. The legal basis for necessary cookies is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; for all others, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

2.3. Google Maps

Our website uses Google Maps, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a map is loaded, Google may collect your IP address, technical device information and your interactions with the map. Data may be transferred to servers outside the EU. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Maps is only loaded after you give your consent via our cookie tool.

2.4. YouTube

Our website embeds YouTube videos, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We use YouTube's enhanced privacy mode: Google does not receive any information and does not set cookies until you actively click the play button. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 2.5. Booking Platforms

Our properties are also marketed through Booking.com (Booking.com B.V., Herengracht 597, 1017 CE Amsterdam, Netherlands) and Airbnb (Airbnb Ireland UC, 8 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland). When a booking is made through these platforms, the data required for the transaction (name, dates, contact details, payment) is processed directly by these partners as independent data controllers. 2.6. Amenitiz — Channel Manager

We use Amenitiz (Amenitiz Solutions S.L., Spain) as our channel manager and direct booking platform. Amenitiz centralises the management of our availability and reservations. Data required for booking management (name, dates, contact details) is transmitted to Amenitiz as a data processor. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

2.7. Payment Service Providers

For payment processing, we work with payment service providers. Only data strictly necessary for the payment (billing address, payment method) is transmitted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

3. Social Media

We maintain a presence on social networks (Instagram, Facebook) to communicate with our guests and promote our properties. User data is processed by these networks for analysis and advertising purposes. Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective networks (Meta/Instagram, Meta/Facebook).
